Below are the minimum requirements to register for the program. All WATR Courses are open enrollment, so no other testing for entry is required.

• Students must have 8th grade level reading and math skills proficiency
• Be over 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED recommended but not required by College
• Have access to a computer with high speed internet and e-mail (no dial-up modem)
