National Career Readiness Certificate

The Washington Aerospace Training Research Center is an approved testing site for National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). The NCRC is a portable credential that demonstrates achievement and a certain level of workplace employability skills in Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, and Reading for Information.

Individuals can earn the NCRC by signing up for one of our monthly scheduled assessments, where they will be assessed in: Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, and Reading for Information.

The Talent section is an additional part of the scheduled assessment helping to identify personal strengths that employers believe are critical for job success and to expand your career opportunities.

The NCRC offers the efficient matching of talent - which helps people find great jobs, companies find skilled workers, and our nation's economy grow and prosper. Launched in 2006, today more than 2.3 million certificates have been issued and more than 40 states have statewide or regional certificate programs.

Cost: $35.00 testing fee. (If you are already registered for the Core, there is no charge for the NCRC.)

To register for the NCRC Assessment call the registration desk at 425.640.1840 or 425.347.8928 for more information.
